    It does not currently, but it means we are about to bring the functionality in our upcoming versions of DigiBoxx. We shall drop you an alert regarding the launch of the functionality once we are up with it.

  • Is it possible to drag and drop the files in the cloud storage?

    Using DigiBoxx, you can drag and drop your files quickly. Additionally, you can do it for multiple files in one go.

  • Does DigiBoxx allow dropping content from WhatsApp directly?

    Currently, we allow content to be moved directly from Browser or Mobile. At the same time, we are working on integrating DigiBoxx with other platforms like WhatsApp. Stay tuned for further updates.

  • What kind of files are allowed while uploading files on DigiBoxx?

    If you wish to upload files on DigiBoxx, you can upload PSD, PDF, DOCX, AI, AE, ZIP, RAR, TXT, DOC, PPT, XLS files. Additionally, you can upload videos with MP4, MOV, etc., extensions.

  • Can a user download folders if they want?

    Currently, DigiBoxx allows only file downloads. However, folder download functionality is lined up in the upcoming versions of DigiBoxx. Stay tuned!
